Yep, good info is a definitely a key!  Next time you all cook a pig, tell otheres what you did, how it turned out, what you will do different/same, etc. Or remember about the last one you did and post the results. Hey, I’m ready for full throttle!!!  All we really need are some truly active passionate participants.  It takes more than one or two people to build a successful community.
