    Spring time is usually when the events are stacked up about every week. That being said, let me check last year&#39;s calendar to see if I may have missed any events for this fall. If so, I&#39;ll post here and update the Events list. Thanks!

    That&#39;s a great idea! I have heard of the NC State BBQ camp (contact the North Carolina Meat Processors Association (NCMPA)) but really don&#39;t know much about it. I did a search and as you mentioned it&#39;s pretty popular and more of a lottery to get in but looks to be a great education for those that gets accepted. I have not heard of the ...
